Happy Monday Ballers! Today, we take a trip around the league as we discuss the performances of two teams in the New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Pirates who are off to strong starts. Staying in Pittsburgh, the Pirates called up their #1 prospect, 19 year old SS Konnor Griffin, as we take a look how the rookie fared and getting to know what skillset he brings to their lineup. Later, we discuss the defensive performance of a lifetime we were treated to on Saturday night, as Angels’ RF Jo Adell robbed three home runs in one game to play an integral part in preserving the team’s 1-0 victory. On Easter Sunday, we recap what we picked as the game of the weekend as Athletics’ DH Brent Rooker blasted a Walkoff 3 run HR, his second of the day, to lead to a 12-10 victory over the Houston Astros and preserving the three game series victory.
